Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is hiring for an on-site warehouse operations role at our Riverside, CA hub.

You will monitor inbound receiving activities, coordinate with on-site partners, and ensure timely resolution of merchant concerns while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency in our regional operations. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of warehouse experience, strong communication, and the ability to plan loads and meet strict SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Merchant Facing Requests around WRO and URO issues.
• Coordinate with onsite partners to address merchant concerns and escalations.
• Investigate WRO discrepancies reported by partner personnel and frontline teams.
• Provide updates and relay operational information to managers and directors.
• Plan loading/unloading operations for trucks and containers with limited supervision.
• Schedule daily loads through carriers and ensure SLA adherence.
• Update and manage all BOL requirements.
• Generate and log IPP shipments from HUB to final destination.
• Check in/out drivers for all activity at the facility.
• Log missed/confirmed appointments via internal tools NOVA.
• Support Jira tickets and merchant escalations promptly.
