Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an on-site Fulfillment Operations associate in North Aurora, IL. The role focuses on monitoring inbound/receiving activities at regional HUBs, ensuring a great client experience while supporting scalable growth. Report to the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations, who also serves as backup.

Qualifications include 1+ year warehouse experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong Excel skills. Salary is $24 per hour, with a 1st shift schedule and full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Resolve merchant facing requests around WRO and URO issues.
• Work with onsite partners to resolve merchant concerns.
• Investigate WRO discrepancies reported by partner staff.
• Communicate updates and escalations to on-site leadership.
