Job summary

SouthernCarlson is seeking Warehouse Support personnel for a full-time, Monday–Friday day shift in North Canton, OH. The role involves hands-on warehousing duties, inventory control, and coordinating with delivery processes to support contractors and vendors.

We offer a steady schedule, a team-oriented culture, and benefits. Compensation is based on experience. Candidates should be capable of lifting heavy loads and passing a background check and drug screening per company policy.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift 50–75 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available).

• Warehouse or industrial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, and stage products.
• Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Help with delivery prep and customer order staging.
• Assist with cycle counts, bin maintenance and other inventory projects.
