Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of air freight regulations desirable.
• Fluent oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal customers and drivers.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipment documentation.
• Verify and process customs, shipping, receiving, and inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor inventory transactions and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits through accurate administrative controls.
• Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status, inventory records, and administrative matters.
• Coordinate documentation requirements with internal customers and logistics partners.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in problem-solving related to inventory, shipments, and customer requirements.
• Support implementation of new systems, processes, and customer programs.
• Treat our customers shipments as if they are yours.
• Apply continuous improvement to reduce costs.
