Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the Life Science Division in Chicago. You will process shipments safely and efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sorting, packing, loading, and unloading pharmaceutical products with temperature control.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, staging outbound goods, and handling domestic and international freight while maintaining quality and compliance. Strong English skills and physical endurance are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent oral and written English required; Dutch is beneficial.
• Ability to meet physical demands and operate equipment.
• Experience in warehouse settings is desirable but not required.
• Typing and data entry skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Pull and stage outbound goods using the loading manifest.
• Check in and load out domestic and international freight.
• Maintain temperature control continuously.
• Manage temperature data loggers and freezer equipment.
• Perform monthly stock checks and assist with quality forms.
