Job summary

Chike/Next Level in Abilene, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, oversee picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, and ensure on-time fulfillment while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with production, procurement, and QA, train staff on WMS and safety procedures, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with warehouse experience (5+ years, 2+ years in supervision).
• Forklift license and experience required.
• Experience in fast-moving packaged goods environment preferred.
• Ability to identify and implement opportunities with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee picking, packing, shipping, receiving, labeling, kitting and inventory counts.
• Manage storage layout and supervisor daily warehouse activities to meet delivery dates.
• Coordinate with production, procurement and QA to minimize waste and optimize product flow.
• Serve as subject matter expert for WMS/ERP systems and ensure proper usage.
