Job summary

Growscape is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Leader to direct daily shift activities and drive improvements across safety, quality, and performance metrics. You will coach a diverse team, ensure adherence to 5S practices, and manage administrative tasks while partnering with supervisors to meet site goals.

The role requires strong leadership, forklift experience, and fluency in English (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Warehouse/Distribution leadership roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with RF scanning and ERP/WMS systems.

Once trained, will then work Friday through Sunday, 6:30 am - 7:00 pm.Job Purpose:The purpose of this role is to provide hands-on leadership in directing daily operations within assigned departments, ensuring alignment with Growscape's safety, quality, and performance standards. The role supports team development through training, coaching, and process improvement, while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. This position plays a key role in achieving operational goals by fostering a safe work culture, completing administrative tasks, and driving continuous improvement across key performance indicators.Key Responsibilities:Individual must be a hands-on leader with strong writing and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn distribution processes as it relates to operations and our company proceduresMust possess process troubleshooting skills to respond to and drive performance/people developmentMust be able to lead training effort of new employeesDirect daily shift work of assigned departmentsMust be able to accurately complete all administrative paperworkAchieve business goals in areas like safety, quality, delivery, and costMust be able to lead and create a safe work culture.
