Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Twin Falls, Idaho seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, coach a team, and drive safety, quality, and productivity. You will oversee rail and truck movements, coordinate inventory, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives with strong training and support.

The shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 11pm–7am, with opportunities for growth within the organization and exposure to diverse logistics challenges.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Able to lift 40 lbs/18 kg.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team and assign duties to ensure productivity.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain inventory.
• Plan production schedules and track time/production records.
• Track reports and warehouse activities (sales, records, purchasing).
• Investigate accidents following company procedures.

This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day operations while developing and coaching a team. You will oversee critical warehouse activities across rail and truck operations, gain exposure to continuous improvement initiatives, and work within a facility that values employee development, teamwork, and operational excellence. The position offers significant training and support to help ensure long-term success. This shift will run Sunday through Thursday 11pm to 7am.Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility.
