Job summary

Growscape is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily shift operations on the Middlefield, OH site. You will train staff, drive safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring compliance with policies.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced distribution environment. We value 2+ years in warehouse leadership, forklift experience, and familiarity with ERP/WMS tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Warehouse/Distribution environment
• Minimum 12 months in a leadership role
• Forklift experience required
• Experience with payroll/timekeeping and ERP systems is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with FedEx & UPS systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift work of assigned departments
• Lead training efforts for new employees and coach the team
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative paperwork
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S within the operation
• Support performance reviews and supervisory activities
