UPS in Tennessee is seeking a results-oriented supervisor to lead Package Handlers and training programs, focusing on safety, productivity and attendance. You will set high standards for accuracy, customer service and teamwork while guiding workgroups to peak performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and flexibility for early morning shifts (Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat).

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Available for flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Implements employee personal development plans as required.
• Ensures orientation, skills and safety training, and proactive coaching.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies.
