Job summary

You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and material movement to meet production and delivery needs. You will guide a cross-functional team, drive KPIs, and implement lean improvements while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material movement, to meet production and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate material flow and distribution across warehouse locations and production areas to ensure continuity of supply.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including system transactions, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Monitor and drive performance through KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and attendance); communicate results and take corrective action.
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to inventory, workflow, staffing, and material flow; escalate systemic issues as needed.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; support performance management, training, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Manage workforce administration, including timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling to meet operational demands.
• Partner cross-functionally and with HR to address employee relations, staffing needs, and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, including safe operation of material handling equipment (PIT).
• Drive continuous improvement using lean principles; support cost control, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
