Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Lead for a swing shift (Tue-Sat 2:30pm–11:00pm) to oversee warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and keep vehicles stocked and ready for installations.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of $24–$25 with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and opportunities for internal growth. DOE applies.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and/or physical labor experience required.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified required.
• Must follow OSHA safety regulations at all times.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload installation trucks to ensure readiness for job sites.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Clean and organize work areas, dock, and recycle cardboard to promote efficiency.
• Prepare and stage construction materials for crews at various sites.
• Support warehouse operations and assist with additional projects as needed.
