Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a warehouse operations leader to drive service, cost, health and safety, quality, and policy compliance. You will manage stock reconciliation, track and trace, and liaise with 3PL partners to optimize performance across SAP EWM systems.

You will lead a unionized frontline team of 14–18 reports, oversee daily warehouse execution, and perform full-cost analyses for annual budgeting while leveraging SAP EWM and advanced Excel to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+ associates.
• Experience with unionized workforce management (14–18 direct/indirect reports).
• Strong proficiency in SAP EWM and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system.
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure timely delivery while considering quality and HACCP guidelines.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to optimize shelf-life and reduce write-offs.
• Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, including continuous improvement projects and tenders.
• Build and provide full-cost analyses (yearly budget), risks and opportunities.
