Job summary
Mondelēz International is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehousing activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, KPI tracking, cost control, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party logistics partners to drive timely, complete deliveries while managing HACCP guidance.

Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- Logistics operations or supply chain experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
Responsibilities
- Review stock inaccuracies and align SAP with warehouse management data.
- Analyze capacity utilization, KPI monitoring, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure on-time and complete deliveries per quality guidelines.
- Monitor inbound/outbound/co-packing/warehousing and distribution activities to optimize shelf-life and reduce write-offs.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, tenders and peak management.
- Prepare full-cost analyses (annual budget), assess risks and opportunities.
