Mondelēz International Addison, IL is seeking a warehouse operations professional to manage service, cost, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic supply chain. You will collaborate with third-party logistics providers, monitor stock accuracy against SAP and WMS, and drive continuous improvement through cost analysis, KPI tracking, and tender support.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in logistics or warehouse operations; proficiency in SAP ERP and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain.
• Strong analytical thinking and proficiency with ERP/SAP systems.
• Excellent Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Review stock inaccuracies and align SAP with WMS; monitor KPI performance and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure on-time deliveries and quality following HACCP guidelines.
• Monitor inbound/outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities; optimize shelf-life management and reduce write-offs.
• Lead project-related tasks, continuous improvement initiatives, tenders and peak management.
• Develop full-cost analyses (annual budget) and identify risks and opportunities.
