Mondelēz International is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to drive service, cost, safety, quality, and policy adherence. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3PLs to ensure effective stock management, iDoc control, interface monitoring, track & trace, and pallet handling.
The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, SAP/WMS reconciliation, KPI monitoring, and opportunities for productivity gains.
The role involves executing warehouse operations focusing on service, cost, health & safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal compliance, and policy adherence. The candidate will collaborate with key internal stakeholders and third-party logistics partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution. Key responsibilities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interface monitoring, track & trace, claims and invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tender support, third‑party performance management, and pallet management.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

12:30 PM to 10:30 PM (until shift end).
The base salary range is $69,300 to $95,315, depending on experience, skills, education and location. Eligible for a competitive bonus program based on performance. The company offers relocation support within the country and minimal support for voluntary international moves.
