Mondelēz International is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to drive service, cost, safety, quality, and policy adherence. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3PLs to ensure effective stock management, iDoc control, interface monitoring, track & trace, and pallet handling.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, SAP/WMS reconciliation, KPI monitoring, and opportunities for productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Team player.
• Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function (asset).
• Analytical thinking.
• Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze stock inaccuracies; guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system, analyze capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures.
• Work with service providers to ensure delivery of trading partners in terms of punctuality, completeness, quality and HACCP guidelines.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, co‑packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf‑life monitoring and management, support reduction of write‑offs and continuously seek opportunities to improve productivity.
• Conduct project‑related and ad‑hoc tasks, especially for continuous improvement projects, tenders and peak management.
• Build and provide full‑cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities.

Job description

The role involves executing warehouse operations focusing on service, cost, health & safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal compliance, and policy adherence. The candidate will collaborate with key internal stakeholders and third-party logistics partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution. Key responsibilities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interface monitoring, track & trace, claims and invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tender support, third‑party performance management, and pallet management.

Work Schedule

12:30 PM to 10:30 PM (until shift end).

Salary and Benefits

The base salary range is $69,300 to $95,315, depending on experience, skills, education and location. Eligible for a competitive bonus program based on performance. Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education programs, paid holidays and vacation time. The company offers relocation support within the country and minimal support for voluntary international moves.
