Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups for safety, production, and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
• Implement personal development plans and ensure ongoing training and coaching for staff.
