Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead Package Handlers and development teams in a dynamic warehouse environment. The candidate will train workgroups, uphold safety standards, and drive productivity and accuracy.

Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, enforcing policies, and fostering a collaborative culture to improve safety and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance across the department.
• Manage resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and proactive team environment.
• Implement development plans and ongoing training for staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
