Job summary

ACE Hardware is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our North Carolina facility and ensure a safe, productive work environment. You will enforce safety, plan workloads, coach staff, and manage payroll and recruitment to meet company goals.

You will oversee performance, drive efficiency, and maintain a collaborative, high-performing team. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years (5 preferred) in related leadership roles.
• Strong communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Plan work assignments and manage manpower to meet operational needs.
• Monitor employees and the work process to ensure proper completion.
• Oversee your work area and coach your team for success.
• Validate payroll for team members.
• Conduct interviews and select candidates.
• Evaluate employee performance and prepare appraisals.
• Resolve employee problems and drive team efficiency.
