Job summary

Carolina Cat in Charlotte, NC seeks a experienced Parts Warehouse Supervisor to direct and coach warehouse staff, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable operations. You will drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and coordinating stocking, picking, packing, delivery, and returns across shifts.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience, plus strong knowledge of inventory control, WMS, and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse or distribution operations, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, WMS systems, and warehouse safety practices.
• Experience with DBS, Parts Viz, SAP and related tools.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches Charlotte warehouse staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and profitable operation.
• Leads by example, focusing on customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinates activities of 2nd and 3rd shift staff for stocking, picking, packing, delivering, returns, and shipping.
• Supervises performance and enforces policies and procedures with exactness and neatness.
• Collaborates with Parts and Service managers to resolve pick/pack/delivery issues and improve operations.
• Maintains SQDC boards and leads daily team huddles to review performance.
• Performs regular Gemba walks to identify 6S concerns and task status with warehouse leads and Parts Manager.
• Coordinates semi-annual surplus returns to CAT including shipping.
• Performs annual performance reviews with employees.
