Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in the La Crosse area. You will enforce safety, plan tasks, and coach staff to meet company standards.

The role requires 2–5 years’ experience, strong leadership, and comfort with MS Office. You’ll manage payroll, interview candidates, and evaluate performance while driving efficiency and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years; 5 preferred in relevant work.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Willingness to work non-traditional shifts.
• Ability to plan, supervise and coach teams.
• Strong data analysis and payroll validation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
