The role requires 2–5 years’ experience, strong leadership, and comfort with MS Office. You’ll manage payroll, interview candidates, and evaluate performance while driving efficiency and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years; 5 preferred in relevant work.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Willingness to work non-traditional shifts.
• Ability to plan, supervise and coach teams.
• Strong data analysis and payroll validation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
