Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance, while developing workgroups and maintaining high standards for accuracy and customer service. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and strong communication across all levels of the organization.

The supervisor will ensure compliance with safety policies, manage resources for maximum output, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flex shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Experience in management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers.
