Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance. You will supervise, train and develop workgroups while maintaining high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization and cooperation across all levels.

This leadership role requires building strong relationships with employees and management, coordinating resources for maximum output, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
