Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety.
• Leads, motivates, and coordinates with management and customers to improve operations.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and continuous improvement.
• Implements development plans to ensure ongoing growth of department personnel.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and training is provided regularly.
