Job summary

EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking a warehouse leadership professional to drive safety, efficiency and accuracy in our logistics operations. You will supervise inbound/outbound shipments, manage warehouse staff, and partner with multiple teams to deliver on time.

Candidates should have 3-5 years in warehouse operations, a forklift certification, and strong communication and organization skills. This 100% onsite role offers growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain required.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse procedures, and basic logistics.
• Ability to work in a physical warehouse environment, including lifting, bending, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics.
• Monitor receipt, organization, and delivery of materials and parts; ensure timely shipments and truck loading.
• Promote a safe work environment; report hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain communication with leadership and district personnel; support productivity reporting.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.
