Job summary

EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Fresno, CA. You will lead daily distribution center operations, oversee inventory movement, order fulfillment, safety, and performance of the warehouse team.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety protocols, and reporting on productivity metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain required.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and basic logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to meet daily objectives.
• Oversee inbound and outbound receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.
• Promote safety and enforce EFCO safety procedures and culture.
• Communicate priorities and progress to leadership and district teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.
