Job summary

FSSI East in Orlando, FL is seeking an Operations Support to backstop warehouse functions and drive daily mail and material deliveries. The role includes stocking, shipping/receiving, and occasional forklift duties, with overtime and weekend shifts during peak cycles.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of driving with a clean record. Forklift experience is a plus; training will be provided. Competitive benefits and ESOP are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist or cover Mailing, Custom Insert, Digital Printing Services, and QA with large equipment.
• Move stock from warehouse to assigned locations.
• Handle warehouse shipping and receiving tasks.
• Travel to Post Office to deliver mail.
• Perform daily production/warehouse cleanup and inventory cycle counts.
• Copy and scan documentation; report unsafe conditions to management.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations; flexible schedule.
• Occasionally work 10+ hours per day during high-volume cycles.
