Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. in Lake Charles, LA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to keep operations organized, safe, and productive as part of a fuel and lubricant distribution facility.

You will supervise packaging, inventory accuracy, and drive improvements with a focus on OSHA safety, FMCSA compliance, and efficient use of resources. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with HAZMAT, FMCSA, DOTD and other regulations.
• High safety standards and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product packaging to ensure orders are accurate.
• Lead inventory counts and maintain records.
• Supervise warehouse staff and promote safe operations.
• Ensure routine maintenance of equipment.
• Support drivers and other departments as needed.
• Follow regulations and company policies.
