Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management software and related tools.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of cycle counting and chain of custody best practices.
• Proven ability to supervise and prioritize resources and projects.
• Ability to understand and drive KPIs in a warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• QC experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Forklift operation ability.
• Understanding and driving KPIs in the warehouse (repeat).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure workflow efficiency and task completion.
• Assign daily work and prioritize tasks based on needs.
• Coordinate receiving, inspection, labeling, storage, and distribution of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Generator materials.
• Ensure materials are staged and available for installations and field personnel.
• Monitor truck replenishment to keep company vehicles stocked.
• Coordinate material returns and restock or disposition.
• Assist with purchase order verification and discrepancy reporting.
• Conduct full physical and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Communicate shortages, overages, and damaged materials to management.
• Assist with VMI by monitoring stock and replenishment needs.
• Promote a safe, clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Maintain inventory documentation in the system.
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, vendors, drivers, and management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
