Job summary

Carboline Global, Inc. seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations at our Lake Charles, Louisiana facility. You will oversee inventory, storage, and distribution of finished goods and ensure accurate, timely shipments to customers.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, safety commitment, and focus on quality and budgetary adherence, while developing the team and maintaining OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years direct supervisory or management experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to pass forklift certification test.
• Must wear PPE and meet OSHA standards for the location.
• Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, operating and safety rules; proficient with computer-based processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Manage staffing assignments to meet shipping schedules with minimal overtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and proper record-keeping.
• Coordinate with transportation and distribution partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
