Givens Packing & Crating in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive the rollout of a new RF scanning inventory system. You will supervise receiving, shipping, inventory control and order fulfillment, develop staff, monitor KPIs, and maintain safety while implementing process improvements.

This is a full-time, day-shift role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years in a Warehouse Supervisor/lead role.
Experience with RF scanners or implementing warehouse technology.
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory software.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping & receiving, and distribution.
Experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control and order fulfillment.
Lead RF scanner implementation and support new inventory management processes.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations and audits.
Manage shipping, receiving, staging and material handling activities.
Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely truck departures.
Utilize and support the WMS and related inventory tools.
Monitor productivity, shipping performance and warehouse KPIs.
Schedule, train, coach and develop warehouse staff.
