Givens Incorporated in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and drive the implementation of an RF scanning inventory system. This hands-on role requires improving processes, developing employees, and ensuring accurate, timely movement of products.

The ideal candidate will supervise receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment while leading change and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Warehouse supervision or equivalent.
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse tech implementations.
• Familiar with WMS or inventory software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and distribution.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Lead the RF scanner implementation and transition to improved inventory processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and audits.
• Manage shipping, receiving, staging and material handling activities.
• Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure on-time truck departures.
• Use and support WMS and inventory tracking tools.
• Monitor productivity, shipping performance and KPIs; train and develop staff.
