Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven excellence in customer service to internal/external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze problems and make decisions.
• Experience reading P&L statements and managing budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Operate site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Write and balance daily deposits.
• Create daily work logs and report to corporate.
• Audit labor and billing reports.
• Meet customer needs daily.
• Resolve customer or associate issues daily.
• Ensure policies and safety rules are followed.
• Lead weekly safety meetings with staff.
• Assist in managing site and department budgets.
• Schedule shifts per customer requirements; interview, hire, train new associates.
• Oversee data entry, daily closeout, and payroll records.
