Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service quality. You will oversee a team, coordinate budgets, and ensure timely execution of tasks.

The role requires at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity within logistics, with strong communication and multi-tasking abilities. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Third-Party experience preferred.
• BS/BA Degree or Associate Degree with Equivalent Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry for services performed.
• Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll records.
