Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Fort Mill, SC. Mon-Fri, 5am finish, with a starting pay range of $60k/year and a potential bonus and benefits after 30 days.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of supervisory experience in distribution/transportation and will lead a team to ensure safety, productivity, and strong customer service. You will learn the Capstone operations, train new hires, and possibly oversee a shift or portions of the business as part of your development toward running

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training and supervising warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier reps and manage site operations.
• Ensure safety and productivity as priorities and balance daily logs.
• Oversee daily deposits, data entry, and payroll records.
• Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and train new hires.
• Prepare and review management reports and budgets.
