British Heart Foundation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a retail home store team. The role is 28 hours per week, with flexibility to work across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.

You will lead a warehouse team, manage stock flow and help drive store sales in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Applicants should have previous warehouse or stockroom supervision experience in retail or customer-focused roles, with strong organisational and leadership skills.

Formación

• Experienced warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality or another customer-focused industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a warehouse/store team to manage stock in and out and drive sales.
• Create a safe, productive working environment in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
• Support management in achieving key store objectives and onboarding new staff.
