Job summary

HelloFresh in Derby is seeking a Stock Movement Team Leader to supervise a high-volume warehouse, ensuring stock availability and smooth production flows.

You will lead a large team, coordinate with Flow, Production, Warehouse, Inventory and Quality teams, and optimize stock movement using WMS, FCMS handhelds and Dash Reports, always prioritizing accuracy and customer satisfaction. The role involves 4-on/3-off shifts, DBS checks, and close collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse supervision or logistics within high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with WMS/FCMS handhelds and Matflo is a plus.
• Ability to lead large teams and enforce HR policies and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock availability and timely replenishment while complying with HR and safety regulations.
• Step up to cover multiple operational areas or the Shift Manager role when needed.
• Lead with a customer-centric approach, aligning stock movement with business goals and customer expectations.
• Oversee and optimize stock movement for efficiency, accuracy, and timely product availability.
• Monitor stock flow using WMS, FCMS handhelds, Matflo, and Dash Reports for real-time data accuracy.
• Manage and troubleshoot automated warehouse systems to minimize downtime.
• Oversee accurate replenishment across four key operational areas.
• Maintain clear communication via radio and Slack with Flow Control, Production, Warehouse, Inventory, and Quality teams.
