Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks.
• Works independently and within a team with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent front-end service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and follow company directives accurately.
• Handle cashier and front-end duties and ensure accurate transactions.
• Process freight, stock products, and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Perform store recovery, housekeeping, and daily/weekly task completion.
• Contribute to inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
