Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Supervisor Lead at our Westampton, NJ site to drive daily operations and lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will champion safety, accountability, and teamwork while delivering top-tier results and fostering a culture of growth and respect.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma GED or equivalent work experience.
• Tech savvy with MS Word Excel Outlook and web based tools.

• Strong communication skillswritten verbal and email Spanish speaking is a plus
