Rehrig Pacific Company invites you to join our Westampton site as a Supervisor Lead. Lead a hands-on team in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing setting, focusing on safety, efficiency, and culture that values every member.

You will oversee daily operations, foster teamwork, and drive excellence while delivering top-tier results. Requires 2 years supervisory experience and strong communication skills; forklift operation training provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication skills, written verbal and email.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

• Tech savvy with MS Word Excel Outlook and web based tools
• A hands on mindsetready to operate forklifts training provided and lift up to 70 lbs
• Strong communication skillswritten verbal and email Spanish speaking is a plus
