Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is hiring Forklift Operators at our Westampton, NJ location. Two shifts are available, each consisting of four 10-hour days from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, with pay at $21/hour.

We seek energetic, safety-minded individuals to support our production teams by loading/unloading, operating forklifts, and keeping pallets organized to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred; we will train if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Follow safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort and support by hand; align pallets to product specs and maintain quality.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace; practice Clean as You Go.
• Be ready for physical work; lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

We're looking for energetic safety minded individuals to join our operations team as Forklift Operators a vital role that keeps our production running smoothly and our customers satisfied

What You’ll Be Doing

• Load & Unload with Precision
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and loadunload trailers supporting our production teams
• Safety First Always Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents every shift
• Sort & Support Hand sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met
• Keep It Moving Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency
• Stay Clean & Organized Practice Clean as You Go and help maintain a safe tidy workspace
• Lift & Move Be ready for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift

What You Bring to the Table
