Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Supervisor Lead in Raymond, NH to guide daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and teamwork, with a focus on meeting customer needs and maintaining high performance.

You will lead with empathy, ensure clear communication, and foster a respectful workplace while driving operational excellence and cost-effective processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset ready to operate forklifts (training provided!) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and email.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus!
