Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Supervisor Lead to drive daily warehouse operations with an emphasis on safety and team empowerment. You will lead hands-on teams, allocate resources, and ensure on-time performance while maintaining a positive culture at the Laurens site.

You will mentor staff, promote inclusion, and uphold excellence in service. This role requires a practical leader who communicates clearly and builds trust across the operation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset; trained to operate forklifts; able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
