Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Jonesville, SC to lead shipping, receiving and material handling operations. You will set staffing plans, standardize processes, and drive safety, accuracy and efficiency across the warehouse.

Responsibilities include managing inventory targets and KPIs, coaching staff, and leading 5S and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5 years supervisor-level experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred with strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in SAP IM/WM or similar inventory systems is highly desired.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles and problem-solving tools required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving and in-plant material handling to ensure safe, timely material flow.
• Develop staffing strategies aligned with workload and production schedules.
• Standardize warehouse processes and create work instructions for efficiency and compliance.
• Recruit, train and develop warehouse personnel with ongoing coaching.
• Manage inventory targets, KPIs, and performance improvements (DOH, turns, on-time delivery).
• Lead 5S program and continuous improvement projects across the facility.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective/preventive actions using structured problem-solving.
