Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Guayama, PR is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of materials supporting manufacturing.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure material availability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, while driving Lean initiatives and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, material handling, inventory control, and shipping.
• Ensure operations are safe, accurate, and compliant with Baxter policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operators and Group Leaders; provide feedback and development opportunities.
