Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 8 years experience.
• Fully bilingual English & Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reactions and columns performance and provide instructions to chemical operators.
• Evaluate process performance using mass balance data and recommend actions.
• Complete instrument criticality classification and CPV validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Revise/create plant documents (MBRs, SOPs, Manuals) and train personnel.
• Support change control, CAPA, NCRs, and annual product reporting.
