Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Harvey, IL location to lead a 2nd shift team of 15–25 union associates. You will drive safety, quality and cost improvements while coordinating dock activities and carrier load plans.

You’ll partner with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Inventory Control and Transportation to optimize distribution, picking, receiving and shipping processes and KPIs. Recent grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a high-volume distribution center in a supervisory role.
• Experience with WMS and scanning systems; JD Edwards preferred.
• Track record of safety metrics improvement and process control.
• Strong communication and teamwork across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution, warehousing and fulfillment on the 2nd shift.
• Coordinate dock activity with carriers and transportation modes.
• Manage shift expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Develop a safety culture and ensure program compliance.
• Drive lean improvements and standard work enhancements.
• Support on-time delivery metrics and service factors.
