Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to analyze and implement plans to achieve goals.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office and email proficiency.
• Ability to use scanner systems with minimal errors.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead associates.
• Ability to meet deadlines and lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 300 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and hiring for warehouse staff.
• Supervise, develop, and train warehouse personnel; maintain morale and productivity.
• Evaluate performance; conduct appraisals; set goals and adjust salaries as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA, DOT, and EEOC regulations.
• Investigate incidents and participate in safety meetings to reduce risk.
• Schedule staff and maintain attendance; assist in labor hours tracking.
• Assist in production planning and Branch P&L management.
• May oversee fair packing; labeling and stock replenishment for events.
• May manage inventory counts, open houses, and warehouse sales.
• Operate forklifts if certified; perform other duties as assigned.
