Core-Mark International in Forrest City, AR is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure accurate handling of inventory. You will drive efficiency, safety, and quality across receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in warehouse operations with leadership experience, strong communication, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

• 2–4 years of warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading and supervising a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Manage a team of warehouse associates including hiring, scheduling, coaching.
• Ensure accurate order pulling and on-time shipping.
• Enforce first-in/first-out stock rotation and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on pick planning and productivity.
• Utilize WMS and other tech to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure proper security after shifts.
• Complete required paperwork and reporting.
