Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our California facility, including sorting, dispatching, staffing, and safety compliance. You will lead the team, coordinate with delivery partners, and drive KPI improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience with automated sorting machines, strong knowledge of parcel logistics, and the ability to manage vendor relationships and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or last-mile logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with automated sorting machines (cross-belt, tilt-tray, loop sorter).
• Strong understanding of parcel logistics, last-mile delivery flow, and SLA requirements.
• Proven ability to manage large operational teams, including staffing agency workers.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in WMS, scanning systems, Excel/Sheets, and operational dashboards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automated parcel sorting operations.
• Monitor throughput, accuracy, downtime; optimize workflows.
• Supervise sorting machines and coordinate maintenance.
• Manage staffing agency relationships and workforce planning.
• Enforce safety, OSHA compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Maintain real-time parcel flow visibility and KPI reporting.
• Deliver regular performance updates to senior management.
